MoR Practitioner Certification For Better Handling Of Works In Corporate Governance

MoR certification program has been designed to provide two levels of qualification, Foundation & Practitioner. The aim of MoR certification is to attain knowledge and understanding about identifying, assessing and controlling risks. MoR framework includes 4 elements and how they support the corporate environment is explained.

  3. Processes
  4. Techniques
Practitioner certificate explains the relationship between these four elements and ways to tailor them efficiently within an organization to support MoR.
MoR Foundation certificate is the entry requirements for enrolling in MoR Practitioner course. This course is suitable for program & project managers, business change managers, risk managers, operational staff &
managers, and those liable for establishing the standards as well as integrating them with MSP, MoP and PRINCE2 programs.

These professionals get guidance to control the risk from different perspectives during programming, strategizing, project maintaining, and operational. Practitioner candidates are capable to apply the MoR approach but may not be skilled enough to do it properly in every situations.

Four questions of 20 marks each are asked in the MoR Test, which lasts for three hours. It is an open book exam and passing marks are 50% (40/80). This exam can be taken from an accredited training centre. Thus participants gain expertise in managing complex risks across the project and attain success.
