They get all the freedom to take decisions while working, as they have to decide how the work needs to be accomplished, but at the same time, they have got responsibility to achieve the targets.

• Scrum Master: He makes sure that the process is being carried out properly and also provides the help to smoothen the process if necessary. They help all the team members for the overall product development.
