The Scrum system sits under the Agile project
management system. Used worldwide, although primarily in IT, this form of

What is the Scrum Master Course?
The Scrum Master course overviews Agile
methods and principles, and how Scrum works within that framework. The roles
within Scrum are discussed, with a strong emphasis on the Master role. The
project phases of Scrum from initiation to release with insight into how the
Master role fits in the phases. Finally, how to successfully transition from
other systems to Scrum while maintaining executive and stakeholder support.
The course can be run over two days in any
of our world-wide locations, on the organisation’s site, or virtual tutor-led
online. There are no pre-requisites for
this course but the Scrum Developer Certification is preferable.
The course ends with the Scrum
Master exam, which has 100 multiple-choice questions to be
completed within two hours.
On completion of the Scrum Master exam, the Scrum Master must earn 40
re-certification credits every two years to maintain their status.
