Institutes in the UK provide many courses for working professionals. These courses are aimed at giving delegates an edge over their competitors and colleagues. Of the very many courses that are offered by institutes across the UK, the CBAP or Certified Business Analyst Professional is one of the courses that have been structured for Business Analyst Professionals.

The person most suited for this course would be a Business Analyst professional who has a significant experience in the field of Business Analysis and for those who have put on display exemplary skill and knowledge by passing the BABOK or Business Analysis Body of Knowledge exam. This exam is conducted over duration of four hours and is said to be the benchmark for the CBAP exam.

CBAP when launched initially was thoroughly written exam. As on date the exam can be taken in the same written manner as well as electronically, albeit in a controlled environment. To enroll for the CBAP program and examination it is mandatory for one to have a minimum of five years of work experience as a Business Analyst in individual projects on other responsibility areas pertaining to the role of a BA.
